  • Service Offerings such as application hosting and desktop services, and
  • service request fulfillment catalog examples. All are free.

random bits: all work and no play.

it is a bit too much when you spend all day attending a BMC Asset administration course. ....

Today the teacher spiced things up with informing us that SRM does not - in fact - integreate with Asset directly. This is pure crap. In clear text this means that there needs to be manual intervention for all SRQs since SRM only generates work orders, change requests and incidents. Jeesus. I am certainly going to move for a strong complaint on this very strange design decision.
